Thoughts on Sponsors

I've thought about blog sponsorship for a long, long time. It's my fourth year running Quilty Habit and being involved with the online quilting community (I can't believe it's been that long already!). Thanks to all of you and your encouragement, my blog has grown a lot, and there is so much to come in the next few months! No matter what, though, I'm still mostly blogging selfishly,  to keep a record of all my projects and to blab about what's on my mind. It's a huge plus when you guys contribute :D (as in, I love the community and the friends I have made!).

To be clear, I in no way foresee advertisements taking over this blog. I don't expect that it will change the content of my blog much at all; being honest, open, and keeping my voice is much more important to me overall. I will only be partnering up with shops that I wholeheartedly would recommend to you, based on my own experience. I just love how accessible and easy online fabric shopping has become, and I hope you'll share that with me. I'm starting small to see how sponsorship works for me and my blog.
