March Fresh Sewing Day and Goal Setting

So. I didn't even look at my February goal after I wrote it. The wedding quilt back remains unfinished. But... I did do plenty in February, considering it was short! I keep thinking that if I had those 2 or 3 extra days, I would have gotten around to it. :)

Here's what I DID Accomplish in February:
1. Finished the quilt and wrote the majority of the tutorial for the Argyled QAL with 1 Choice 4 Quilting, starting Wednesday, March 6!

2. Pieced and started quilting my Emerald Challenge wall quilt (it kept gaining in size so it's no longer "mini"). I cannot WAIT to share this one! I'm having a ball quilting because....

3. I bought my new machine - a Janome. And we're pretty much in love. I'm working on a post about that, as well as my experience looking for a new machine - so stay tuned.

4. I got hired to teach!!! I start so soon!

So, like I said, I'm pretty happy with what I got done in 28 days. What about you? Did you reach your goals?

For March, I plan on finishing this baby up (my Emerald Challenge Quilt) with pizazz and flair. Yep, that was a necessary addition. I'm so pumped! Plus....

I'm also going to catch up on my Sisters' Ten blocks (I missed February... whoops) and finish my Modernista Homemade surprises! And maybe some random projects in between. Like spring scarves. And a new sewing machine cover with Anna Maria Horner scraps. OH, and there's a Color Class with my guild, led by our president, Jessica Levitt (both Pres. and VP are Jess's - we're going to take this year by a storm). Finally, Mike and I are going away at the end of the month. It looks like a busy one, now that I think about it!
