New Janome Memory Craft 6300!
I literally can't contain my excitement. I went from 4.5 inches of harp space to 9... and the stitching... I can't even. More soon. I'll have a full account of my trip to the store/why I love my new machine this coming week. Stay tuned for a very special giveaway tomorrow!
For comparison purposes. Bye, tiny, SUPER LOUD machine!
I haven't even started sewing yet.... excuse me while I play (and squeal a bit more =D)!
Oh great! A good machine is such a pleasure. I felt the same way when I got my grown up machine :)
ReplyDeleteI love that machine and have one sitting on my desk. I too went from no room to quilt to tons you will just love it.

ReplyDeleteWhat does the alphabet soup mean in the title?
ReplyDeleteWOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so exciting@!! Don't forget to eat and sleep!!!
ReplyDeleteOooo, how exciting! Hope you're still enjoying it! I have the Janome Memory Craft 6600!
ReplyDeleteI have the same machine <3 I bought it about two years ago and the only issue I have is that when I am free motion quilting, the upper thread will sometimes catch on the (lowered) feed dogs, and if I am moving fast enough it will break the thread! Still not sure why...have yet to take it in for that reason. Do have it serviced every 10-12 quilts. I got up to 14 and had some crazy tension issues I couldn't resolve on my own. After they cleaned/serviced it, worked like new again. So glad I have the 9" throat for queens and kings!
