When I was doing "garment assembly&q...Bummer!<br /><br />When I was doing "garment assembly" at TAFE, I extended the length of the top I was making but instead of making a new pattern piece, the teacher told me to cut the paper pattern at a particular place, pin the two pieces to my fabric then draw the cutting line between the two pieces. I did, but you know what I'm going to say, don't you? <br /><br />I cut around the now much smaller piece! I had to walk to the shops and buy some more of my very expensive fabric!
